Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Meridelo at meridelo.com. By creating an account you accept them. Meridelo is provided by Matteo Tedesco, Via Forner 3, 31010 Monfumo (TV), Italy ("we").

1. The service

Meridelo plans your tasks with fixed rules, shows what to focus on and offers optional AI assistance inside tasks. We improve the service continuously, so features may change. Some features may be marked as early access: they can change or be withdrawn.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 16. To buy a paid plan you must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you use Meridelo for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Plans and payments

Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund partial periods. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance, and they apply from the next renewal. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, are not affected.

4. Your content

You own what you put into Meridelo. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and your team. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you add. You can export your data at any time.

5. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them. AI never decides your priorities; you stay responsible for what you do with its output. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent to the AI provider.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Meridelo for anything illegal or harmful;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• disrupt, overload or probe the service, or bypass its limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

7. Teams

Team owners decide who joins a team and with which role. Tasks shared within a team are visible to its members as the team features describe. If you leave a team, your personal tasks stay with you.

8. Availability

We work to keep Meridelo reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed deadlines or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under Italian and EU law.

10. Ending your use

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@meridelo.com. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms; where possible, we will warn you first. After closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app about meaningful changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Meridelo after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence is competent. In all other cases, the court of Treviso is competent.
