Your data, your calendar
Meridelo is built by an independent developer who was drowning in his own task list. It does a few things, on purpose: one plan, one focus, clear rules.
Questions
Does AI decide my priorities?
No. Priorities come from fixed rules on deadline, effort and importance, and you can always see why. AI helps inside a task: next step, subtasks, a task drafted from an email.
What happens to tasks that don't fit today?
They get a later day in the plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can drag any task into today.
Does it work with my calendar?
Google Calendar today, read-only and optional. Microsoft 365 and Outlook aren't supported yet.
Can I use it with my team?
Team features are in early access. Write to hello@meridelo.com and we'll set up your team with you.
What data goes to AI?
Only when you use an AI feature, and only what it needs: the task and what you've written about it. Your calendar never goes to AI. The full list is in the privacy policy.
